ZERO-WASTE FERMENTATION

We produce our Chlorella here in the UK via fermentation, a zero-waste and sustainable way of producing plant-based protein. Delivering a low environmental footprint with respect to water, carbon and land use. We do not use any genetically modified organisms.

Microalgae grow very fast, and we can harvest it all year round as frequently as every week.


We look to a future planet where we can all make informed choices about the foods we eat and the ingredients they contain for the benefit or our health, well-being and environment.

OUR COMMITMENT

We are totally committed to transparency of information in relation to sustainability. We’re working really hard to quantify our environmental impact through understanding our life cycle analysis (LCA).


We acknowledge that sustainability isn’t just about the environmental impact of a process but also about protecting and enhancing natural resources, increasing productivity, employment and value addition in food systems, improving livelihoods and fostering inclusive economic growth.


We aim to publish the data and results of our findings later this year. We're excited to share our journey with you.
